Recommended Professionals

Being successful is easier and more likely when you have competent professionals on your side with your best interest at heart.  Here's a few I recommend:

Realtors: I know a lot of outstanding Realtors.  But to recommend one that's most helpful to you I must know the type of property and location you are interested in.  Please contact me for a recommended Realtor. 

CPAs: Its impossible to fully understand the true costs and benefits of a financial or real estate transaction without grasping the tax consequences.  Apart from this, lenders often require letters from a CPA when underwriting a loan for people with complex finances, such a the self-employed and those with income producing assets.  Here's two CPAs I recommend:

Financial Planner:  A good Financial Planner can work with you to develop and implement a plan that gets you to financial stability and prosperity faster and with less sacrifice. There's plenty of 'fake' financial planners who lack proper education and are more concerned with selling you products to make a commission.  Be sure the Financial Planner you work with has a degree in Financial Management (like me) or has earned the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation.

Insurance Agent:  An insurance agent is required for most real estate transactions as lenders require property to be adequately insured.  Otherwise, a good insurance agent will assess your risks loss and recommend making prudent investments in insurance to protect your assets.  Without proper insurance, even the wealthy could experience financial difficulty from one unfortunate happenstance.

Wills & Estates Attorney:  A Wills & Estates Attorney can help protect you from losses and lawsuits through legal structures.  They can also help reduce taxes and ensure your wishes are realized in the case death, separation or incapacitation.  Such an attorney is especially useful to unmarried and same-sex couples as they do not automatically receive the same legal benefits and protections as their married counterparts.
